If you are interested in selling online with Whisky Auctioneer, we require that all items are brought or sent directly to our Whisky Auctioneer office.
If you would like to drop off your bottles in person you can arrange this here. If you would like to send bottles to our office yourself it is essential that the Bottle Submission Form is completed and printed for inclusion in your parcel. If you aren't registered yet and still have questions, you can contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist.
Once you have completed the Bottle Submission Form, you can arrange to have your bottles sent directly to:

Please ensure that bottle(s) are carefully packaged with plenty of internal packaging/bubble wrap in a strong cardboard box. Rum Auctioneer are an environmentally conscious company, so please reuse/recycle internal packaging and boxes - we would be very grateful.
Please be aware that Rum Auctioneer, cannot be held liable for any issues that occur and that shipments are sent at the sellers own risk.
Please also note: In order for your lots to be included in a specific auction, your lots must be delivered to our warehouse no later than 5pm (GMT) on the closing date for bottle submissions for that auction. You can find those dates here.
