WHAT TO LOOK FOR BEFORE PLACING YOUR BID 

Next to the current bid price on each lot you will see one of four icons, which provides information if hovered over (clicked when using a mobile device).   

Below is a summary of the information provided for each icon, that is relevant to you if you are a UK based buyer or are looking to have an order shipped to a UK address.

Shipping 

Orders could potentially be sent as multiple, separate shipments - for example, one from each of our office locations. If this is the case, you will receive a separate shipment notification for each shipment.  

Please be aware that shipments from our EU office will likely take longer to reach you than shipments sent from our UK office.

If shipping orders from multiple offices, those orders will each be charged individually.

Collection 

The option to collect from our offices has been temporarily suspended until further notice, please visit our COVID-19 Information page for more information.  

Lots held at our EU office can only be shipped or stored.

	Lot sold from UK Office	No VAT applicable to the hammer price of this lot  VAT is applicable to all other fees and/or surcharges
	Lot sold from EU Office	If shipping to the UK, ensure that you understand the local taxation, restrictions and duties applicable upon arrival.
	Lot sold from UK Office	20% UK VAT of the hammer price will be added at checkout.  VAT is applicable to all other fees and/or surcharges  VAT is applicable on Hammer Price because the seller of the lot is: a) located outside the UK or b) is a UK VAT registered business.
	Lot sold in bond in the UK	Lot is currently held in bond  A bid is an agreement to purchase this item in bond  Should the buyer wish to receive this item duty paid this must be arranged directly with the bond following purchase, with any fees / duties / etc. handled directly between the buyer and the bond VAT is applicable to all other fees and/or surcharges
