Trinidad Distillers 1997 Plantation Single Cask

A 1997 vintage rum from Trinidad Distillers, the House of Angostura. distilled in a pot still from molasses.

Plantation Rum is owned by Cognac Ferrand in France, although have rcently become the proprietors of the West Indies Rum Refinery in Barbados.

This single cask rum was finished in barrels that once held their Abel cognac.

Bottle 67 of 150 from cask #4/4.
