South Pacific 2009 Plantation Grand Terroir
A grand terroir Fiji rum, bottled by Maison Ferrand for the Plantation Rum brand. Distilled in 2009 at the South Pacific distillery on their pot and column stills. Aged tropicvally for 7 years in bourbon casks in Fiji, before a further 2 years continental ageing for 2 years in 350 litre Ferrand cognac casks at the Chateau de Bonbonnet.
A well established cognac producer, Ferrand is increasingly involved in rum production, and are now the owners of the West India Rum Distillery.
