Plantation Multi Islands XO Single Cask / Hyperboissons

This is a blends of rums from the Long Pond, Clarendon distilleries in Jamaica and West India Rum Refinery in Barbados. The latter of which is now owned by Maison Ferrand, the French cognac producer behind the Plantation Rum brand.

Single cask #7 was selected for Hyperboissons and bottled in 2018.

The cask was tropically aged in a bourbon cask before continentally ageing in a Ferrand cognac barrel before bottling.
