Smith and Cross Pot Still Plummer and Wedderburn
A pure pot still Jamaica rum from Smith and Cross. Plummer and Wedderburn are two of the main classifications the British had on Jamaica rum distillate in the late 19th and early 20th century (when it was all pot-still) and these were taken back to the British Isles, regarded as the "home-trade" quality.
Plummer and Wedderburn type rums are famous for their exotic fruit flavours. Bottled by Hayman Distillers in the UK at navy strength.
