Old Brothers 2019 Grogue 45.9% 50cl

Grogue is the name for the style of rum produced in Cabo Verde - predominently on the island of Santo Antao - off the coast of Senegal.  Similar to Haitian Clarin it is generally produced in small cottage industry operations in the traditional methods that have developed in the community. 

This example was developed by Maison Ferroni, an assemblage of pot distilled 2019 vintage from four distilleries on the island of Santo Antao and was bottled by Old Brothers in 2020.
