Diamond 2003 The Wild Parrot
A 2003 vintage single cask rum from the Diamond distillery in Guyana. Distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2017 by The Wild Parrot. Diamond is the only remaining distillery in Guyana, although it is home to many of the county's historic stills, producing an array of different styles of rum.
The Wild Parrot is a collaboration between Andrea Ferrari's Hidden Spirits, and rum connoisseur, Stefano Cremaschi.
