Wondering when you’ll get paid for your recently sold lots? Sellers are usually paid within 21 business days after the auction closes, once the buyer has completed their payment.

Payments go via bank transfer and can take a few days to land in your account. You can double check and update your Seller Payment Details anytime in your Profile under ‘Payment details’ and then ‘Seller banking details’.

If you’d like an update on your order’s delivery status, head to your Order (found in the Buying section of your Profile) and click the + icon to view the details.

• If the status is “For delivery”, our warehouse team is still preparing your order.
• If the status is “Shipped”, you’ll find your Tracking Number there in your order details. You can pop it into DHL’s Track and Trace to follow your parcel.
