An American rum distillery that was for many years the oldest operating craft rum distiller on the US mainland until a fire closed it down in May 2021. It was located in Louisiana and was opened by James Michalopoulos in 1995. Its flagship brand was called Old New Orleans.

A former rum distillery on the island of Martinique that was located within the sugar plantation of the same name. Despite having been closed in 2003, the Trois Rivières brand is still produced and marketed by the Campari Group.

The historic home of the Clément brand of rhum agricole. The distillery was opened in 1917 and remained family-owned until 1989 when it was acquired by GBH. Its stills were moved to Simon where the Clément brand was produced for many years. 

A short-lived rum distillery constructed within the former Usine Ste Madeleine sugar factory in Trinidad. A partnership between LVMH and Angostura Ltd, the former provided the distilling equipment which was used to produce pot-distlled cane juice rum between 2003 and 2013.

A Scottish distillery constructed within the Deeside Brewery complex in Banchory, Aberdeenshire in 2017. Only a small experimental facility, it was closed in 2020 when its owners opened a new purpose-built distillery called Burn o'Bennie. In its short time it produced Devil's Point the rum brand.

A rum distillery on the Basse-Terre island of Guadeloupe. It is located within the Domaine de Séverin, which has a long history of rum production. The distillery was built by Henri Marsolle in 1928 however, and is today owned by Groupe JPH.

Dillon is a distillery and brand with roots in Martinique dating back to 1779. It is currently owned by La Martinquaise through its Bardinet subsidiary. Although the Dillon distillery was closed in 2005, the rum is still aged there and is produced at Depaz using the original column still.

The original production home of the Saint James brand of Martinique rhum agricole, located within the Habitation Trou-Vaillant near the town of Saint-Pierre. The distillery and brand were acquired by Cointreau & Cie SA in 1973, who moved production to a new distillery in Sainte-Marie

A distillery that was located on a sugar estate established by Edward Henry Porter in the early 19th century. Although it was closed down in 1994, its name lives on through its two-column continuous still, which forms one of the "heritage stills" of Guyana and is still in use at Diamond distillery.

The distillery opened in the 1950s on the Acajou habitation in Lamentin. Built by Société d’Investissement des Caraïbes, it provided supplementary production for the Saint James brand to the original distillery in Saint-Pierre. It was closed by Cointreau & Cie in 1973.

The first distillery to be built and operated by the state-run Fábrica de Licores de Antioquia EICE in Colombia. It opened in 1934, distilling its first rum in 1937 which was later bottled as the Ron Medellín brand. It was replaced with a new facility at La Aguacatala in 1970.

A briefly operational distillery in London that produced whisky, gin, rum and other spirits between 2012 and 2020. It was originally located in Battersea before moving to Bermondsey in October 2015. It produced its first pot-distilled rum in early 2017.
