The Canadian branch of the Bacardi company, founded in Toronto in 1969. It opened a distillery in Brampton, Ontatio later that year where it produced and blended rum for the Bacardi brands. It was renamed Bacardi Canada Inc in 1993 and organised as a subsidiary of holding company, Bacardi Limited.
