Boote Star is a brand of independently bottled Demerara rums that were produced in the 2010s in a 10- and 20-year-old variety. Despite featuring the fictional Associated Distillers Group on the labels, the brand was owned by the Italian importer and distributor, Erredierre Srl (trading today as BerePerPassione).

The rum was bottled in Italy at the Dellavalle grappe distillery in Vigliano d’Asti.
