Bristol Spirits

Bristol Spirits Ltd is an independent bottling company, founded in 1993 by John Barrett. Unusually, the company was established with rum as its primary focus and as such, it has a lengthy back-catalogue of releases that include some incredibly rare and sought-after styles. In particular, the company was one of just a handful that acquired casks from the now-legendary Caroni distillery following its closure in 2003.

The debut bottlings from Bristol Spirits were released under the Bristol's Estate Mark label in 1995, before its now trademark Bristol Classic Rum brand was introduced in 1997.
