Destilería Colombiana

Destilería Colombiana Established in 1913 Ltda, is a company that was actually founded in Cartagena in 2007. It was a blending and bottling operation that is best-known for the Dictador rum brand and was acquired by the Polish entrepreneur, Mariusz Jawoszek, in 2009.

Although Dictador branding suggested that Destilería Colombiana was in fact a distillery, it is understood that it simply imported the rum for bottling. The brand is now bottled at a different facility called Dictador Colombia SAS.
