The Holyrood Distillery Ltd was founded in 2016 (originally as The Holyrood Park Distillery Ltd) by David Robertson and business partner, Rob Carpenter. It is a subsidiary of Newmake Limited and is tasked with managing the Holyrood distillery and its brands.
While the distillery itself only produces single malt whisky, gin and vodka, the company also markets a range of independently bottled rums under the Elizabeth Yard label.
