Lascelles deMercado & Co Ltd was a large holding company established in Jamaica in 1978. At the time of its founding, several of its principal shareholder were also part of a syndicate that owned the Appleton Estate, and the company acquired full ownership of its parent, the Wray & Nephew Group Ltd in 1989.

The company was then bought by CL Financial in 2008, before the Trinidad company sold it to the Campari Group in 2012.
