Bahamas Distilling Co

Bahamas Distilling Co is a small rum distillery located in in Freeport, Grand Bahama. It was established in 2021 by Allan Bassett and is owned through The Bahamas Distilling Company Ltd. The distillery produces a range of different rum types on a pair of vintage French copper pot stills, built in the 1950s and discovered disused in Cape Town, South Africa.

The distillery's first rums were released in 2022 with the launch of its Floating Pig spiced rum and Hammerhead coconut rum. These brands have since been joined by its Bassett's single barrels, Iguana gold rums and Marlin white rums.
