Bielle
One of three distilleries on the island of Marie-Galante in the Guadeloupe archipelago. It was founded at the end of the 19th century as rum production began to take over following the decline in profitability of sugar and the Bielle brand has been marketed since 1910.
Tres Hombres
A brand of independently bottled rums from the Dutch emission-free shipping company, Fairtransport. The casks are freighted across the Atlantic ocean by its 35-metre sail-powered ship, Tres Hombres, and the brand is name in its honour. The first releases were produced in 2012.
Les Frères de la Côte
A French rum company established in 2015 by Raphaël and François Mangin Deville. The latter was a former captain of the sailing ship, Tres Hombres, and in 2017 the company began working with its owner, Fairtransport, chartering the ship to ethically transport rum from the Caribbean to Europe.
