The Antigua distillery in the only remaining rum producer in Antigua and Barbuda. It was built is 1932 and is unique in the Caribbean for its use of an all-copper hybrid still, created in 1991 by fusing a column from its original Savalle setup as the rectifier on a new John Dore three-column still.
The distillery's flagship brand is English Harbour, and it also continues to market its first ever in-house label, Cavalier.
The original rum label produced by Antigua Distillery Limited, introduced in 1947. Today, it remains the company's entry level product and is the most popular rum in Antigua & Barbuda.
A rum company that is the owner and operator of the Antigua distillery on Rat Island in the Parish of St John's. The company's inaugural brand was Cavalier, which it still produces today alongside the widely distributed English Harbour.
