Chat Noir Co

Chat Noir Co Inc is a company based in Makati in the Philippines. It originally produced a range of different bottled beverages for various companies, one of which was the Don Papa rum brand for its owner, Kanlaon Ltd. Such was the success of the product, the company was acquired by Kanlaon as a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2018, and the group was in turn acquired by Diageo in 2023.

The company produces Don Papa using rum sourced from Ginebra San Miguel's Distileria Bago.
