Coca-Cola Europacific Partners

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PLC is a British-based multinational that was formed through the merger of three Coca-Cola bottling enterprises in Europe, and another in the Asia-Pacific region. The European branches established Coca-Cola European Partners in 2016, subsuming Coca-Cola Amatil to create the current entity in 2021.

Through its Paradise Beverages Fiji Ltd subsidiary, the company is the parent of the Rum Co. of Fiji distillery in Lautoka and markets its rum under the Ratu and Bati brand names.
