Rum Co. of Fiji is a distillery located in the city of Lautoka, originally constructed in 1980 by the Fiji Sugar Corporation. At the time it was known as South Pacific Distilleries, and was sold to the Fosters Group in 1998 who provided it with the pot stills from its defunct Willowbank distillery in New Zealand, which are used alongside a column still there to this day. The facility is nowadays operated by Paradise Beverages Fiji Ltd, a subsidiary of the British-based Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.
The distillery is best-known for producing the Bounty label, however following its rebranding as the Rum Co. of Fiji in 2015, a new core range of products were launched under the Ratu and Bati names.
