Grays Inc.

Grays Inc Ltd is a Mauritian company and a subsidiary interest of the Terra Mauricia group (formerly Harel Frères). It was created in 1982 after the acquisition of Harel Mallac's shares in Hamarel, a former joint venture created by both entities to market their rum and other food and drinks brands. The new company was known as Grays & Co and saw the rebrand and relaunch of many of these.

Following investment from Distell in 2006, the business was renamed Grays Inc and today it manages the production of Terra's rum at the Grays Distilling facility, as well as the distribution of its and other brands in the domestic Mauritian market.
