Les Chais de l’Isle de France Ltée is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Terra Mauricia Ltd in Mauritius. It was incorporated in 2005 and was originally a joint venture between the Mauritian company (then known as Harel Frères) and Quartier Français.
The company is specifically tasked with marketing premium rum brands in export markets, the most notable of which is the New Grove label.
