Cognac Ferrand SASU is a French company, founded by Alexandre Gabriel in 1989 that operates under the trading name, Maison Ferrand. It owns a cognac distillery housed in the 18th century Château de Bonbonnet in Ars, where is also makes the gin brand Citadelle, launched in 1996. It entered the rum trade in 1999 through the launch of its Planteray rum brand (known as Plantation until 2024).

The company is part of the Compagnie de Bonbonnet SAS group, which also owns the West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados and one-third of the Long Pond and Clarendon distilleries in Jamaica. It acquired these in 2017 and has been supplying Maison Ferrand with rum for its Planteray and Kaniché brands since.
