Summerisle

Summerisle SARL is a French company founded in 2014 by Adrian Keogh, a former Pernod Ricard employee who worked with the Havana Club and Bushmill whiskey brands. In 2002 he relocated to Paris to work in the cognac industry, joining the Haiti Futur non-profit which works to support entrepreneurship in Haiti while promoting Haitian culture.

Keogh used his connections gained through Haiti Futur, working with the charity to launch the Boukman brand in 2016 - a botanical rum produced using Haitian rhum agrcicole, infused with locally-foraged barks and botanicals.
