Well Black Spirits LLC is an American company established in 2005 by Chris Blackwell and headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware. Chris Blackwell is renowned for exporting Jamaican culture to the world and was perhaps best-known as the founder of reggae music label, Island Records, in 1959.

The company launched its Blackwell rum brand in 2008, notable for its official James Bond 007 collaboration rum, released in 2020.
