Destileria El Zacatín is a former distilling operation, built and run by the state-controlled Fábrica de Licores de Antioquia EICE in Colombia. The distillery opened in 1934 and produced its first batches of rum in 1937 following an investment in its equipment. It was eventually closed in 1970 with production moved to a new purpose-built plant in La Aguacatala.
The distillery was the original home of the Ron Medellín rum brand, which is still marketed by the company to this day.
