Released in 2017, Extrême No.2 was the second batch of dosage-free rums from Maison Ferrand's Plantation brand. They are unusual for the label which generally offers its rums with varying amounts of added sugar.

Just a two-bottle collection on this occasion, they were an Uitvlugt rum from the Port Mourant pot still and a 2001 vintage from South Pacific.
