An old non-age statement release from Appleton Estate. It was added to the core range in the 1990s and eventually discontinued in favour of the 12-year-old Extra in 2006.

The oldest distillery in Jamaica and producer of the acclaimed Appleton Estate brand. It is located in the Saint Elizabeth parish and it has been in operation since 1749. Today the distillery is part of the Campari Group who acquired its parent company, J. Wray & Nephew, in 2012.

J. Wray & Nephew
A historic rum company founded in 1825 in Kingston, Jamaica. As of 2012 it has been a subsidiary of the Italian multinational drinks company, Campari Group. The company owns two distilling operation in Jamaica, the Appleton Estate and the lesser-known New Yarmouth.
