Production type
Traditional Rum

Admiral Rodney is a rum brand within the portfolio of Saint Lucia Distillers Ltd (SDL). First introduced by the company in 1981, it takes its name from George Brydges Rodney, a 16th century British naval officer and politician. It was launched in export markets in 2009 before undergoing a premium rebranding in 2018 under the ownership of Groupe Bernard Hayot (GBH).

The brand is bottled using exclusively column-distilled molasses rum from SDL's McMillan Coffey still. Its core range comprises three expressions named after ship's used by Admiral Rodney during the Battle of the Saints in 1782. They are the bourbon and port cask-aged HMS Princessa and the bourbon-matured HMS Royal Oak and HMS Formidable.
