Ron Pelicano is a range of independent rum bottlings from AC Spirits. The rums are selected by company founder, Alexander Zimmerman, and bottled in Germany.
The inaugural batch of Ron Pelicano bottlings were released in 2021 and and featured rums from Belize, Jamaica, Trinidad, Mauritius, Barbados & Guyana, all aged in various combinations of bourbon, Bordeaux wine and ex-brandy casks.
