The 86 Company

The 86 Company is a New York-based spirits business, established in 2010 by industry veterans Simon Ford, Jason Kosmas and Dushan Zaric. Working directly with bartenders, it launched its own flagship range of spirits brands in 2013, which included Tequila Cabeza, Ford's Gin, Aylesbury Duck vodka and Caña Brava rum.

The success of the Ford's Gin brand eventually saw the company and its portfolio acquired by the Brown-Foreman Corporation in 2019.
