Bimber Distillery Ltd

Bimber Distillery Ltd is the company that owns the distillery of the same name in London, England. It was founded in 2011 by Dariusz Plazewski and Ewelina Chruszczyk.

Although the distillery is primarily engaged with the production of single malt, it has also distilled and bottled batches of single blended London Rum which it launched in 2018.
