Destilerías Unidas SA is a Venezuelan distilling company, currently owned through a holding entity in Spain that was founded in 2019. The company was established by José Rafael Ballesteros Meléndez in 2002 in order to acquire its distillery in La Miel from Diageo, an operation that is known by abbreviation, DUSA.
While the company is perhaps best-known for producing the Diplomático brand, it sold it to the Brown-Foreman Corporation in 2023. The business now focussed on bulk distilling, however continues to produce some of its own brands, such as Tepuy.
