Guyana Distillers Ltd was subsidiary company of Booker Brothers, McConnell & Co that managed its rum interests in Guyana. Its holdings included the Uitvlugt and Versailles distilleries, as well as Enmore through its own subsidiary, Demerara Distilleries Ltd.
It was acquired by the government in Guyana in 1976 as part of its nationalisation of the country's sugar industry, and placed in the control of the Guyana Liquor Corporation. It was then later merged with Diamond Liquors Ltd to form Demerara Distillers Ltd in 1983.
