United Caribbean Rum

United Caribbean Rum Ltd is a holding company based in Barbados that acquired the West Indies Rum Distillery Ltd (WIRD) in 2017, along with its one-third share in National Rums of Jamaica Ltd (NRJ). It is a subsidiary of Compagnie de Bonbonnet SAS in France, which also has rum interests through Maison Ferrand and its Plantation brand.

The company owns and operated the West Indies distillery on behalf of the French multinational, and markets a number of rum labels that include Stade's from WIRD and Canerock, a blend of spiced rums from NRJ's Long Pond and Clarendon distilleries.
