Gardel is a sugar factory and former distillery located in the Le Moule commune of Guadeloupe's Grande-Terre island. It was built in 1870 around a sugar plantation and mill established around 30 years earlier. While the factory still exists under the ownership of Gardel SA, it has not produced any rum 1992 when its column stills were removed.

Unusual for the island, Gardel produced rums using a molasses base. Only made for bulk and export sales, the distillery did not bottle any rum itself however some examples have been released by independent bottlers.
