A sugar factory in the Le Moule commune of Guadeloupe's Grande-Terre island. Built in 1870, it has a tradition of rum production using the molasses that it makes, however its column stills were removed in 1992.
A brand of independently bottled rums, originally devised by the Swiss distillers, S. Fassbind in 2000. Its early output featured several notable single distillery releases before the brand was then sold to Haromex Development in Germany in 2005. It now focusses mainly on blends.
A historic Swiss distillery company, founded in 1846 by Gottfried I. Fassbind who opened what is now the oldest distillery in Switzerland. While its production is primarily brandy, schnapps and liqueurs, the company briefly dabbled with independently bottled rums via its The Secret Treasures brand.
