Clairin World Championship 2016
This is a blend of clairin from Michel Sajous, Fritz Vaval and Faubert Casimir, bottled to honour the Clairin World Championship 2016 wherein Luca Gargano lead eight of the world's finest bartenders on a tour of the island, challenging them to devise the best cocktail. The event was held at Hotel Florita in Jacmel.
The blend contains 60% Vaval, 30% Sajous and 10% Casimir.
Spirit of Haiti
A Haiti company founded as a co-venture between Italian importer and distributor, Velier, and local rum company, Berling S.A. The latter is the majority shareholder of the operation which manages the acquisition, bottling and occasional ageing of clairin for the export brands of the former.
