Next auction starts Friday, 05 June. Ready to sell your rum? Sell with us in our next auction
Discover and bid on unique, rare and collectible rums in our online auctions each month.
You can place bids either under the lot image on the main auction page or on the right side of the individual lot page.
Placing a Maximum Bid
Use the "Set your bid limit" button on the left side of the bidding panel to enter the highest amount you're willing to bid on a lot. Our system will then automatically raise your bid in set increments if you’re outbid, up to your maximum. If someone bids above your set limit, we’ll notify you by email so you can choose whether to increase your bid.
Placing a Single Bid
Alternatively, place a single bid by selecting the button on the right side of the bidding panel. The button displays the amount needed for the next increment. For example, if the current highest bid is £50.00, the button will show "+ £5.00" (reflecting a £5.00 increment).
Incremental Bidding Explained
Our system increases bids based on preset increments, as shown in the table below, whether you set a maximum bid or make a single bid.
Renegade Pre-Cask Single Farm Origin Pearls Harvest 2021
The idea for the Renegade rum distillery was conceived in 2015 by former Bruichladdich Managing Director, Mark Reynier, and the name of the distillery is taken from a brand of independent rum bottlings that his Murray McDavid company bottled there during that time. Having sold Bruichladdich to Remy Cointreau in 2012, Reynier turned his attention to two new terroir-focussed projects, first the Waterford distillery In Ireland, and then this rum distillery on the Windward Island of Grenada. Like Waterford, Renegade uses exclusively locally-sourced raw materials. The distillery produces a fresh single cane spirit on a combination of a double-retort copper pot still and bespoke column stills made by Forsyths in Scotland. Production commenced in 2020, and the first rum was bottled and sold the following year.
Like their Waterford distillery in Ireland, this is the Single Farm Origin range and explores the natural terroir of Granada. Pearls was pot-distilled from Yellow Lady cane, harvested in 2021.
A rum distillery on the Caribbean island of Grenada, opened in 2020 by Mark Reynier. As with his other distilling projects, the distillery is terroir-focussed and is self-sufficient in sugarcane through its sister company, CaneCo Ltd. The first Renegade rums were released in 2021.

A UK-based holding company that has subsidiary interests in Grenada in the Caribbean. These are the Renegade Rum Distillery Ltd and CaneCo Ltd. The former operates the company's rum distillery while the latter provides the necessary agricultural services to supply it with sugarcane.
