Don Q

Don Q is a brand of rum produced in Puerto Rico and named after Don Quixote, the protagonist of Miguel de Cervantes' 1605 novel of the same name. It was launched in 1934 and is distilled, bottled and marketed by Destilería Serrallés Inc at their distillery in Ponce. They are molasses rums, produced by blending both heavy and light rums from its multi-column stills.

The current Don Q range is divided between its Traditional Range which features Cristal, Gold and a 151 proof bottling, and its Serrallés Collection which contains a number of premium añejo rums that include single barrel and cask-finished expressions.
