Destilería Serrallés is a rum distillery located in Ponce, Puerto Rico. It is part of Destilería Serrallés, Inc, the oldest family-owned company in the country. Built in 1953, it carried on the rum-distilling tradition that had been started by Juan Serrallés Colón in 1865 when he imported a French-made pot still to the Hacienda Mercedita. The modern distillery has two sets of column stills, a five-column still built by Vendome in 1934, from which only the beer column is used to make heavy rums, and a newer five-column installed in 2007 to make light rums.

The distillery's rum is mostly used for production of its Don Q brand, however between 1985 and 2011 it was also the source of US-distributed versions of Seagram and then Diageo's Captain Morgan label.
