Flor de Caña

Flor de Caña is a globally recognised rum brand produced in Nicaragua by Grupo Pellas at its SER Licorera distillery. The Pellas family had been making rum since the late 19th century at its sugar mill in San Antonio, but opted to invest further in the spirit in 1937 by building its distillery (then known as Compañia Licorera de Nicaragua, or CLDN) and launching Flor de Caña to the public.

The brand's core range is extensive and features both a variety of solera aged rums, notably all certified as sugar free, gluten free and kosher.
