SER

SER is a holding company established in 2007 as a subsidiary of Grupo Pellas. Formerly known as Nicaragua Sugar, the company collected its parent organisations interests in agro-energy, liquor and sugar, which were located in five countries: Nicaragua, Panama, Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala.

Within these countries it owns sugar mills and distilleries, including what are now known as SER Licorera (formerly Compañía Licorera de Nicaragua) and SER Alcoholes (formerly Alcoholes del Istmo). Its flagship brand is the Flor de Caña label.
