SER Licorera is an important rum distillery in Nicaragua. It was established in 1937 as Compañía Licorera de Nicaragua (often referred to as CLDN or CLNSA) by Mr. Silvio Pellas Vivas and is today still part of the Grupo Pellas organisation. It was renamed SER Licorera during a rebranding of the company's agro-energy, liquor and distribution interests.
The distillery was built in order to produce the globally recognised Flor de Caña brand and remains the home of the label to this day. It also produces Ron Plata and a range of other white spirits.
