Rémy Cointreau

CLS Rémy Cointreau SA (trading as simply Rémy Cointreau) is a French multinational founded in 1990 through the merger of E. Rémy Martin & Cie SA and Cointreau & Cie SA. The company has significant wine and spirits interests across the globe that include Rémy Martin cognac, Cointreau liqueur, and whisky distilleries in Scotland and the United States.

Its rum interests are represented by the Mount Gay distillery and brand in Barbados, and it is also owned Saint James in Martinique until 2003.
