Amrut

Part of the wider Amrut Distilleries operation of the N.R. Jagdale Group, the current Amrut distillery was built in 1987. Despite the widespread acclaim for its eponymous Amrut single malt, whisky actually only accounts for a small percentage of the company's revenue and the bulk comes from sales of other spirits such as rum, brandy, gin and vodka.

The distillery's key export rum label is its Two Indies brand, a blend of rums from Jamaica and casks that it has distilled and aged in India.
