The Bacardi distillery in Puerto Rico, also known affectionately as the "Cathedral of Rum" is the largest rum-producing distillery in the world. It is situated within the Cataño suburb of San Juan and was built in 1958 on 138 acres of land acquired by the company.

The distillery accounts for almost all of the global production of the Bacardi brand (with the remainder taking place in Mexico) and is part of the Casa Bacardi complex that also houses the brand's visitor experience.
