Husk is an Australian farm-to-bottle distillery located at the foot of Mount Warning in New South Wales' Tweed Range. It was established in 2012 by Paul and Mandy Messenger upon their cane and cattle farm, with distilling initially taking place in a small green shed on-site. Construction began on a dedicated distillery building in late 2016 and was finally completed in 2019.

The distillery produces cane juice rums using sugarcane harvested from its own fields, distilling them in a 6,000-litre pot still from Forstyhs in Scotland. In addition to rum, it also markets the Ink Gin brand.

The Husk rum brand was launched in 2015 with the release of the distillery's first aged rum, a single cask bottling drawn from the first barrel it filled in 2012. This was followed in 2016 with the introduction of the North Coast Bar Series, a collection of batch-released cane spirits designed with bartenders in mind, the first entry to which was its Pure Cane New Make. This was followed in 2017 by a 3-year-old rum flavoured with native Australian spices called Spiced Bam Bam, a 50% ABV version of its Pure Cane release in 2019, and in 2021 by its Botanic infusion.

In 2023 the Husk core range was relaunched with new branding and a new bottle design. The Pure Cane and Bam Bam expressions were retained from the North Coast Bar Series, and were joined by a new product called Rare Blend.
